Customer Order & Invoicing Specialist

Vacuum Instruments Corporation in Ronkonkoma, NY is seeking an Order Processor who will manage the complete customer order cycle from receipt to invoicing. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with Sales, Production, Shipping and Finance to ensure orders are entered correctly and shipped on time.
