Cardinal Staffing is seeking a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR for a DIRECT HIRE opportunity in Bellevue, OHJob SummaryThe Production Supervisor will oversee and manage production shift employees and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards. Supervisors provide leadership to position the company at the forefront in the industry, advance the company mission and objective to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.Supervisory Responsibilities:Trains and manages production employees on the assigned shift.Oversees the daily workflow and assignments of the production shift.Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.Duties/Responsibilities:Oversees production operations on assigned shift.Prepares work schedules to ensure efficient operations.Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment.Troubleshoots issues that arise.Notifies maintenance department of equipment problems.Ensures that employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.Ensures production and training paperwork is completed and signed correctly.Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery.Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to complete reports and logs.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required.Associates degree in Business or related field preferred.3 years exceptional work experience in a supervisor/manager role required.Physical Requirements:Must be able to navigate the production facility.Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.Compensation starting at $23 Also offers a $1 shift differential and $0.50 every 6 months for the first 2 years and monthly production bonuses.Shift time 5PM - 5AM on a 7 day rotating scheduleBenefits offered day oneMedicalDentalVisionCompany Paid STDCompany Paid Life InsuranceBenefits: After 90-daysPaid vacationProduction BonusesBenefits: After six (60) days of continued employment401(k)401(k) matchingAbout Cardinal StaffingAt Cardinal Staffing, a Sure-Staff Company, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
