Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based therapies.

• Utilize therapeutic tools and methodologies to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs.

• Regularly assess client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Offer support during crisis situations, applying effective de-escalation techniques to help clients manage acute emotional responses.

• Document each session comprehensively, maintaining detailed case notes in compliance with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative care and share insights on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
