About this role At Carrier, Operations are the combined functions of EH&S, Lean/Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain. We buy, build, and continuously improve the development of products and services that keep our customers coming back. The Operations function at Carrier is a powerful link between the design and marketing of our products and their ultimate delivery to the customer. Key Responsibilities The Carrier Operations Leadership Program (OLP) will give you an up-close look at the transformation of our Operations function. You will actively engage with leaders across the organization while executing our enterprise and business unit strategies, deploying best‑in‑class processes. Our goal is to challenge our OLP Associates to leverage their diverse skills and competencies to help us solve unique business challenges while growing in their careers. Our commitment to our OLP Associates is to provide front‑line, hands‑on, meaningful assignments designed to stretch your capabilities and enhance your learning. This two‑year program offers three 8‑month rotations that may be in North Carolina, Indiana, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, or other domestic locations. You will build a well‑rounded foundation to develop an exciting career in Operations, including: Working at one of Carrier's dynamic global business units – Refrigeration, Commercial HVAC & Residential HVAC Leading the deployment of our continuous improvement operating system across our factories by obtaining your Carrier Excellence Certificate Supporting global strategic sourcing and supplier development initiatives Learning the core concepts of manufacturing by applying cutting‑edge technology and lean principles Developing a cross‑business, cross‑functional network that will expand as your career grows Mentorship & sponsorship by Carrier's Operations Leaders as matriculate through the program Collaborate with other OLP Associates on engagement teams to continuously improve the quality of the program Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business management, operations, supply chain and related business fields To be eligible for the program, you must be a 2023 or 2024 graduate of the degree in the relevant field 3.0 or higher GPA A minimum of one prior internship or co‑op experience in a related field Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship Willing to rotate and relocate to US offices over the course of the two‑year program Ability to start position on Leadership Program start date in June 2024 Preferred Qualifications Strong commitment and interest in a career within Operations.
