Duties and Responsibilities - Gallatin College seeks course instructors to teach in Bozeman in the following specialty areas: Basic Writing Skills (WRIT080), Developmental Writing (WRIT095), College Writing (WRIT101), Effective Academic Practices (COLS100)
Required Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills - Academic degree in English, education, or related fields. Demonstrated experience working with and engaging students and colleagues within and outside the department
Preferred Qualifications – Experience, Education, Knowledge & Skills - Master's degree in English and/or Education. Prior teaching experience. Understanding of the Two-year College Mission. Demonstrated commitment to student, faculty, and staff enrichment
The Successful Candidate Will - Work professionally and effectively with individuals and groups. Possess effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Have the ability to contribute positively to the academic success of the students and the mission of Gallatin College Montana State University.
