Role & Responsibility

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Be a go-to HR partner for employees and leaders, helping create a positive and engaging workplace experience.

• Help shape the employee experience through HR programs, policies, and initiatives that support our people and business goals.

• Drive meaningful improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance HR services across the organization.

Job Requirement

What Skills and Experience You’ll Need:

• 0-2 years of experience in an HR support role or internship is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
• Travel required: < 10%

Education:

• We value skills gained through both education and experience. Applicants may qualify with a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field or with two additional years of relevant professional experience.

The salary range for this position is Minimum Pay: $57,491.00 - Maximum Pay: $86,236.00 depending on experience and other factors.
