Position Summary As a Lead VPK Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in guiding and inspiring young learners during one of the most important stages of their development. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive classroom environment, and ensuring each child is prepared for their next steps in education. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with VPK standards. Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity. Foster the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child. Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress. Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging learning space. Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations for VPK programs. Required Skills and Qualifications A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to student success. Strong communication and organizational skills. The ability to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment. No prior experience required—just a desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners!
