Social Media ManagerCreate engaging social media experiences that help more people discover Parkview, strengthen our online community, and inspire people to take their next step toward Jesus.Reports To: Devin Mooneyham, Communications DirectorResponsibilities:Own and execute Parkview's social media strategy across all campuses and ministries, including monthly content calendars and campaign recommendationsCreate and produce compelling content, photos, video, reels, stories, carousels, graphics, and captions, in partnership with ministry leadersManage Parkview's online community by monitoring and responding to comments and messages, and escalating pastoral care needsTrack performance data and use analytics to guide content strategy and platform optimizationCollaborate with the Communications Director, video team, and ministry staff on social media needs and event coverageMaintain weekend responsibilities to capture, support, and publish timely event-related contentRecruit, manage, and shepherd a team of volunteers and freelancersMaintain content libraries and scheduling platformsQualifications:Growing relationship with Jesus and alignment with Parkview's mission2–4+ years of professional social media experience with strong platform knowledgeExcellent writing, video editing, and photography skillsHighly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environmentAvailability for evenings and weekends is requiredPreferred: church or nonprofit experience, Meta Business Suite or Sprout Social, and Adobe Creative Cloud proficiencyFLSA Classification: Full-time // ExemptWork Schedule: 40 hours per week // a mixture of weekday, evening and weekend hours; weekend presence is required
