Texas Health Physicians Group is pleased to announce a Nurse Practitioner , Hospitalist opening for a full-time opportunity in the Alliance area of Fort Worth, TX . Expand your career by working closely with a successful group of hospitalists evaluating, diagnosing and treating a variety of patients.

POSITION DETAILS:

\n
• Assist Hospitalists with inpatient evaluations, H&P’s & follow-up visits.
\n
• Initiate appropriate treatment & testing for medical illnesses.
\n
• Complete history and physical examinations on all new admissions
\n
• Round on rehabilitation patients including long term acute care patients
\n
• Document using EMR system.
\n
• Participate in continuous quality improvement processes.
\n

IF YOU:

\n
• Enjoy working nights, 7PM to 7AM, 7 ON, 7 OFF
\n
• Active listening, critical thinking, reading comprehension, effective communication, time management, judgement and decision making
\n
• Texas licensed Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
\n
• ACLS certification
\n
• 2 years of NP or RN experience in ICU/CVICU required.
\n
