Nurse Practitioner | Occupational Medicine Location: Fort Worth, TX Employer: All Medical Personnel Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Occupational Medicine Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) | Texas Location: Texas Schedule: Day shift coverage needed on August 18 to August 21, 2026; August 24, 2026; August 28, 2026; and August 31, 2026. Hours 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Openings: 1 Position Overview Occupational medicine clinic coverage including DOT physicals, work related injury care, and related services. Typical patient volume is approximately 10 to 20 patients per day. Clinical Scope Adults only (18 plus). Scope includes DOT physicals, hazard physicals, and respiratory physicals. EMR: Paper charting. Required Qualifications Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with occupational medicine or urgent care background. Active state license in Texas. BLS required. DEA required. DOT certification required. Texas DWC Level I accreditation required. Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify. Travel and Lodging This is a local only assignment. Travel and lodging are not provided. Onboarding Credentialing and onboarding timeframe is typically 1 to 3 days (clean file dependent).
