Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager for an on-site role located in Palmdale, CA. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site leadership. Responsibilities include ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, coordinating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, managing safety protocols, and monitoring project progress to maintain quality standards. xhyhwjd

Qualifications

Strong skills in Construction Project Management and General Project Management
Experience with Project Coordination and Construction Management tasks
Proficiency in Budgeting and monitoring project expenses
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Knowledge of safety regulations, codes, and standards
Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in industrial or commercial construction projects is highly desirable

Salary and Benefits - Depending on Experience. $120,000-$150,000, company vehicle, medical insurance, 401k with matching program
