The Role

• Lead day-to-day field operations
• Manage project schedules and field coordination
• Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance
• Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners

• Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff

Ideal Background

• 8+ years of commercial construction field experience
• Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
• Ground-up commercial construction experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills
• Ability to build relationships with clients and trade partners
