Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active COTA certification and North Carolina state licensure required
• Previous experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of individualized education program (IEP) goals and implementation
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt to various classroom environments and student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support occupational therapists in delivering therapy services within the school environment
• Conduct therapeutic activities and interventions as outlined in students’ IEPs
• Monitor and document student progress toward therapy goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ educational success
• Contribute to the creation of supportive, inclusive learning spaces
