Key Experience & Skills Sought:

• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Previous experience in school-based OT settings preferred
• Background in home health or general healthcare occupational therapy a plus
• Expertise in supporting children with fine motor skill development
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology for remote service delivery
• Strong organizational skills and compassion for working with children of diverse backgrounds
• Positive communication style with students, staff, and families
• Ability to design and implement Individualized Education Plan (IEP)-based therapy

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and consultations for students in PreK-12

• Utilize teletherapy approaches as needed to ensure continuity of services
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with state and federal guidelines
