Overview Logistics Operation (Piping Components, Austin TX) Company focuses on trading steel, chemicals, and various items from the semiconductor industry and investment projects in Renewable Energy. The Electronic Industry Division provides solutions for semiconductor manufacturing corporations (e.g., Samsung Electronics, Intel, Micron) and other end-users, relating to raw materials, electronic parts, process chemicals, and manufacturing equipment. The operation office is in Austin and supplies piping components (pipe, fittings, valves) for Semiconductor Fabs and other industrial areas in the US. The company offers total solutions to customers, from procurement and stock management to delivery of materials to contractors’ job sites and development of new customers and vendors to improve supply chain capability. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and enthusiastic, with experience in sales or procurement of semiconductor or other industrial piping components, from tool hook-up to primary large-sized goods, and knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and Semiconductor FAB networks in the US. Responsibilities Operations involve the sales of piping components to customers in the semiconductor and other industries; activities include quotation, order processing, lead time management, invoicing, and related tasks. Manage issues arising from sales such as quality, delivery, and payments in cooperation with the Group Manager, Headquarter (in Korea), vendors, and customers. Negotiate sales conditions with business partners and ensure delivery of required documents. Build trusting relationships with business partners to secure and foster current business. Ability to travel to out-of-state, overseas, and local business trips. Qualifications Must be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and demonstrate professionalism while helping to create, develop, and implement process improvements. Experience in sales or procurement, particularly in the semiconductor industry or related fields involving piping components, is a significant advantage. Experience in semiconductor fabs, mechanical engineering, mechanical materials, or supply chain management is a significant advantage. A strong team player who is focused on driving business growth through strategic initiatives is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Language requirements: English is a must; Korean is preferred. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is expected.
