RN Home HealthPride Health is hiring an RN Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Amherst, NY. Job Details: Schedule: 40 hours/week (8 am to 4:30 pm Mon to Fri) Location: Amherst, NY Float / Coverage Area: Erie County, NY Job Type: Local contract Contract Length: 13 Weeks Pay Range: $50.00 to $54.00/hour* Mileage Reimbursement Rate (if applicable): $0.48 / mile *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. Duties:Provide skilled home health nursing care to patients in their homes.Perform wound care and monitor wound healing.Manage IV therapy and IV-related care.Educate patients and families on medications, treatment plans, and disease management.Assess patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team.Complete accurate clinical documentation and maintain compliance with care plans.Participate in the required on-call rotation.Requirements:Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program — ADN or BSNLicense(s): Active New York RN License – RequiredCertification(s): Active BLS CertificationYears of experience: 1+ Years of experience is requiredSkills/Specialties/Technology: Strong wound care and IV management skills preferred.
