You'll finish castings with hand tools, run shot blast and test equipment, and make sure every part meets our quality standards before it leaves the line. You'll rotate through every job on the process line, so no two days are exactly alike. No manufacturing experience? We'll train you.What You'll DoFinish castings using light hand toolsLoad and unload castings on test fixtures and processing equipmentOperate shot blast equipmentOperate test equipmentRotate through all positions on the process lineFollow all plant safety, quality, and housekeeping rulesComplete required production paperworkWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDManufacturing experience preferred, but not requiredGood eye-hand coordination and attention to detailAble to read and follow work instructions and directionsGood communicator who works well on a teamSound judgment and good time managementWilling to learn every job on the lineWhat the Job Involves PhysicallyStanding and walking for long periodsRepeated lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs, and occasionally up to 75 lbsRepetitive bending, twisting, stooping, and reachingFoundry conditions: temperatures from about 100°F in summer to about 65°F in winterRequired PPE at all timesSchedule & PayShift: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 6 am - 2:30 pmPay: Starting at $18.00+ per hour, based on experienceBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision available first of the month after 30 calendar days401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysChildcare reimbursement up to $400 per monthReady to cast your future?
