About the Position

Job Title: Cardiac Sonographer Profession: Allied Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8-hour Day Shift - Monday through Friday Hours per Shift: 7:45 AM - 4:45 PM Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: BLS required; National certification preferred Certifications: ACLS preferred; RCS, RDCS, or ACS required (only one of these is necessary) Must-Have: TTE experience, Stress Echo experience Description: Cardiac Sonographer position available. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Cardiac Diagnostics, including advanced TTE, TEE, and Stress Echo studies. Familiarity with chemotherapy and transplant evaluations is a plus. Skills in performing TTE with color and Doppler imaging are required. Experience with ultrasound enhancement agents is preferred. Candidates should be proficient in advanced imaging techniques in accordance with professional guidelines. Support within the department includes a dedicated Cardiac Ultrasound Educator and a Chief Sonographer. The culture is focused on high-quality patient and family care. The environment is fast-paced, balancing between portable and in-lab studies. Floating to satellite sites may be required.
