Product Owner / Scrum Master

Join a dynamic team in Washington, DC, as a Product Owner / Scrum Master with one of Randstad's prestigious clients. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in leading agile teams and delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have significant experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master, holding certifications in SAFe PO/PM, PMP, and ACP. A solid understanding of the z/TPF reservation system is essential, as this role requires expertise in managing complex systems and driving product development to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities:- Lead agile teams as a Product Owner or Scrum Master, ensuring successful delivery of product goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and backlog items.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
- Implement and uphold agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring they meet business objectives.
- Utilize current z/TPF reservation system experience to optimize processes and enhance system functionality.
- Leverage certifications in SAFe PO/PM, PMP, and ACP to drive best practices in project and product management.
