Service Coordinator

Working full-time on-site, the Service and Parts Coordinator will manage repair orders, coordinate service appointments, and ensure accurate documentation while providing exceptional customer service and support to technicians. Key responsibilities Generate, monitor, and close repair orders with complete documentation and service tracking Coordinate service appointments and communicate repair status updates to drivers and customers Order and manage parts inventory, ensuring timely procurement and organization of incoming shipments Required qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required 1+ year of experience in a similar service coordinator position required Experience in parts management or related shop support role preferred Basic computer skills for order entry and inventory management Transportation, logistics, and/or tech industry experience is a plus
