Location: Macon, GA (Hybrid — 33% Remote)

Role Overview

BCBA working in a state-of-the-art residential facility collaborating with behavioral health and medical providers. This role features small caseloads, no billable hours, flexible scheduling, and a strong focus on clinical care within an underserved community.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small caseload of 6–8 adult clients
• Deliver high-quality applied behavior analysis services in a residential setting
• Collaborate with behavioral health and medical providers on interdisciplinary care
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress
• Build your own schedule across the work week

Requirements

• Active BCBA credential (required)
• Willingness to work with adult clients

Compensation
