About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join their executive leadership team. The CGO will be a key partner in developing and executing the organization's long-term growth strategy, with a focus on driving sustainable growth and ensuring a unified commercial approach across various functions. This role requires a leader with a strategic, relationship-oriented mindset, capable of translating organizational objectives into actionable sales initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and strengthening the company's competitive advantage, establishing a commercial operating model, and overseeing the development and execution of sales and marketing plans. The CGO will also be tasked with fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration, and must be adept at building and leading high-performing commercial teams. Candidates for the CGO position should have a minimum of 10 years' of executive leadership experience in business development, sales, marketing, or growth roles, with a strong preference for those with a background in food service management, hospitality, or contract services. The role demands a leader with exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as a proven track record in leading significant growth initiatives and market expansion efforts. A grounded, blue-collar executive with a hands-on approach, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels is ideal. The CGO will be expected to have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree being preferred, and must demonstrate a commitment to the company's mission, values, and culture.
