CNC Lathe or Mill Operator


All shifts Location: Johnson Creek, WI


Pay: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour


Shift: 2nd shift has a $1.00 shift premium, 3rd shift has a $2.00 shift premium

Our shop is predominantly equipped with robotic cells, making up over 95% of our operations. We are looking for a skilled CNC Vertical Lathe or CNC Horizontal Milling Operator to become a key member of our team. Why You Should Choose Us:

• Machine Operators - CNC Machinists need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a positive attitude
• Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Achieve, maintain, and establish productivity and quality requirements
• Zero defect quality mentality CNC Lathe or CNC Mill Operator

Responsibilities:
• Using a variety of precision measuring devices
• Working from a blueprint or drawing with specifications
• Striving for continuous improvement
• Ability to work in a robot cell structure operating multiple machines at a time
• Meets with engineers to discuss potential machine problems
• Maintain a clean work area Requirements
• CNC Machinists need to have the ability to communicate with others verbally and in writing
• Attention to detail
• Ability to change your own tools.
• Walk and stand for the entire shift
• Vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
• Required to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and will frequently lift up to 25 pounds such as moving parts from material storage and moving parts in and out of work area. CNC Lathe or Mill Operator
