Job Title: Implementation Specialist Support

Brand: EyeMed (Background check & 5 Panel Drug screening)

Bill Rate: $35.00 / Markup 33.05% / Tenure discount 13th month 22.50%

Payment Terms: 90 days pay when paid

Compliance: OIG/GSA screenings required

Missing Equipment Fee: $2,000.00

Location: Mason, OH (Hybrid - In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Duration: Through 12/31/2026

GENERAL FUNCTION:


Fix Excel membership files, Group Portal client setup, and email transition letters. This includes significant interaction with external customers. The role also includes routine and advanced administrative support and project/process management. The position requires a team player who demonstrates high-level performance, leadership behavior, professionalism, confidentiality, and trust.

SUMMARY OF KEY ROLES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Support Client Service Team in creating client presentations, industry events, and conferences
• Coordinate client visits and scheduling
• Handle routine correspondence, travel arrangements, calendars, meetings, and special events
• Answer calls and provide administrative support
• Use independent judgment to complete multi-step assignments
• Research data and prepare responses for requestors
• Communicate information clearly and recommend actions when needed
• Develop and maintain routine and non-routine reports (e.g., renewal status reports)
• Maintain and update records and files
• Support special projects as assigned by management
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
• Review outgoing materials for accuracy and proper authorization
• Determine appropriate routing of requests (management, staff, or other departments)
• Serve as backup for other EyeMed assistants
• Work in an office environment

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• No direct cost center responsibility
• Understand correlation of office costs to company performance
• Recommend appropriate strategies to management

DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY & IMPACT:

• Works with management to recommend improvements in procedures, equipment, and budget-related issues

HUMAN RESOURCE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• No direct reports

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

• Customers (brokers, accounts, consultants): Frequent external client interaction for support, planning, and scheduling
• Client Service Management: Administrative support, coordination, communication, event planning
• Executive Leadership Team: Frequent interaction with EyeMed leadership
• Outside Vendors: Support in planning, scheduling, and communication
