Executive Associate Internship

Summer Sales Internship

Persona Direct Marketing - Dallas, TX

No Experience Necessary | $4,000 - $6,000/Month ($17,000 - $23,000+/Summer) | Seasonal

Persona Direct offers a  high-performance summer sales internship for driven students and young adults who want  real income,  real skills,  and real growth; not just an opportunity for clocking in to perform busywork.

This is  not a resume-filler position.

You’ll learn the ins and outs of selling a  white-glove, high-quality, residential pest control service through door-to-door, direct to consumer marketing efforts in Dallas and/or other select expansion markets.

It’s challenging. It’s uncomfortable. It's not for the faint of heart. But it’s one of the fastest ways for  you to build confidence, discipline, and level up your earnings while in school.

What Makes This Different:

• Leadership-first culture: Our leaders prioritize  your success over their own.
• Executive Mastery Pathway: Daily in-season training + weekly 1-on-1 coaching before the summer begins. You’ll learn sales, leadership, accountability, and how businesses actually work; helping  you down the fast-track path towards a future executive position.
• No fluff values: Transparency, authenticity, accountability, and difficulty. We don’t pretend this is easy. We help you overcome the challenge and become better. It's that simple.

What You’ll Learn and What You'll Do:

• Master influence, negotiation, and people skills through real conversations with homeowners.
• Learn the psychology of sales and performance, applying it daily in the field.
• Set goals and  execute with discipline, accountability, and ownership over results.
• Gain real business experience in  lead generation, time management, logistics and coordination, and closing deals.
• Get paid for  performance by closing accounts. No busy work.
• Train daily with your team and experienced leaders to sharpen skills fast.
• Advance into leadership and team-building/management opportunities as you perform.

What You'll Gain:

• Uncapped earning power: Most interns clear $17K–$23K+ in one summer . The top 1% push $30K+ . Your output decides the paycheck.
• Elite sales training: Daily, hands-on coaching from 7-figure producers and battle-tested sales leaders. No theory, all execution.
• Fast-track leadership: Standout interns learn executive level skills and earn the chance to  lead teams and run markets in future sales seasons
• Resume-defining experience: Build real sales skills, real confidence, and real results that real employers actually care about.
• High-performance incentives: Cash bonuses, team trips, and competitive challenges all summer long. Perform better, earn more, experience more.

Schedule & Locations:

• May–August 2027; adjusted around your school schedule
• Full time positions available; as well as part time positions for those attending local institutions
• Mon–Fri, with half days on Sat
• Dallas, TX; other markets  potentially available (for experienced reps)

Who Thrives Here:

• Those who are competitive, coachable, and disciplined. No excuses.
• Those willing to do hard things to grow fast
• Those comfortable talking to people (or ready to get comfortable)
• Those hungry for more than “average”

This internship is hard by design, because hard things create uncommon results.

If you want a summer that actually changes your trajectory,  apply now.
