Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary Range: $140,000–$180,000 annually, depending on experience

Overview:
A respected outpatient practice in Seattle is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its primary care team. This is a full-time role offering a consistent weekday schedule, collaborative environment, and strong administrative and clinical support. The PA will play an integral role in delivering high-quality care across a wide range of patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning

• Provide preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care services

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and clinical staff to coordinate care

• Document patient encounters using an electronic medical record system

• Contribute to clinical quality initiatives and interdisciplinary meetings

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program

• Certified by the NCCPA

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a PA in Washington State

• DEA license (or eligible to obtain)

• Minimum of one year of experience in an outpatient or primary care setting preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
