Client Services Coordinator

Job Summary A growing financial services organization in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support client relationships and deliver a seamless experience from onboarding through ongoing service support. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who enjoys client communication, account coordination, and working closely with internal teams. The Client Services Coordinator will serve as a key contact for clients, helping manage requests, documentation, account activity, service updates, and follow-up items. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to questions, requests, and service needs in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate client onboarding, including documentation collection, account setup, client communication, and follow-up tracking. Support account management and internal teams by scheduling meetings, preparing reports, tracking deliverables, and assisting with client requests. Maintain accurate client records, account information, service documentation, and communication history in CRM systems. Partner with internal departments to resolve issues, coordinate deliverables, and ensure client needs are met. Help monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service processes, workflows, and the overall customer experience. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire position. Salary range: $58,000 to $70,000 per year. Location: Kirkland, WA.
