Medical Assistant (MA-C) – Seattle WA – $30/hr – 13 Weeks

Location: Seattle WA
Pay: $30/hr
Contract: 13 weeks | Temp-to-Perm
Schedule: 4×10-hour Day Shifts
Hours: Typically 6:30 AM–5:00 PM or 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

Requirements:

• MA-C certification required
• BLS required
• Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
• 3+ years preferred
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be open to permanent placement

Job Duties:

• Room patients and prepare them for examinations
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Record medical history, medications, and allergies
• Prepare exam rooms
• Assist providers with procedures
• Collect and label specimens
• Perform urine testing/urinalysis
• Stock and maintain clinical supplies
• Support providers within scope of practice

Position Details:

• Primary Care / Family Medicine outpatient clinic
• Support 1 primary provider and assist other providers as needed
• No blood draws required
• No weekends
• No on-call
• COVID-19 vaccination not required
• First-time travelers may be considered
• Local candidates preferred
• Temp-to-permanent opportunity
