Flake Line Lead — Health Benefits & Overtime Pay

Idaho Pacific Holdings in Colorado is seeking a Line Operator to monitor and run the flake line, ensuring products stay within specifications and high quality. You will collaborate with QA and Drum Operators, train staff, and report maintenance needs to the shift manager. You will follow SOPs, manage additives and temperatures, record readings in the log, maintain cleanliness, and uphold safety policies.
