Senior Manager, Business Readiness (Scottsdale)

Ensuring transformation doesn’t just launch—but delivers lasting adoption and business value.This Business Readiness leader is responsible for driving enterprise-scale change readiness, ensuring successful adoption of large Fund Tech Modernization transformation initiatives by aligning process, people, and communications. This role operates as a strategic partner to business and technology leaders, translating program outcomes into tangible business capability and sustained operational adoption.Core ResponsibilitiesLeads enterprise business readiness for large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring the organization is fully prepared to adopt new processes, systems, and operating modelsDrives alignment across stakeholders, operating models, and change activities to minimize risk and maximize adoptionHires, evaluates, develops and supervises crew.Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.Manages cross-divisional programs or multiple workstreams within a larger program. Drives all phases of the program lifecycle from inception through implementation while ensuring that business objectives are delivered with high quality and within targeted timeframes.Creates and maintains a multi-year program strategy that clearly identifies specific actions and tasks needed to achieve future state goals. Provides written and verbal communication to many different audiences within Vanguard on status of the program.Builds and maintains strategic relationships across sites, departments, divisions, and internal and external partners to support their program initiatives. Develops strong relationships with program leadership, sponsors, and workstream leads.Ensures all steps are taken to mitigate risk, and maintains control, compliance, audit, and legal requirements. Integrates and oversees change management efforts across the overall program.
