What we do:

The Village Family Service Center is seeking a Clinician, who would like to join a strong team that is committed to empowering clients & families and their families. In addition to outpatient services, candidates for this position would have the opportunity to provide school based mental health services in the surrounding area.

As a Clinician you will be required to have a Master's degree in the behavioral health field with a license (ex: LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP and will also accept LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT if working towards higher licensure); have the ability to complete diagnostic assessments that will define the client needs, risks and strengths, while also establishing strength-based treatment plans. It is also necessary to have an accepting non-judgmental attitude, strong clinical skills with the ability to provide direct clinical services to adults, couples, and families and, children by following and maintaining excellent case management standards.

Pay Range : Non fully licensed Clinicians starting at $56,000 plus incentive pay and fully licensed Clinicians starting at $61,000 plus incentive pay.
