Used Cars Manager - Ford Braintree

Compensation: $120,000-$150,000+ Wage is comprised of base salary and additional bonus structure as determined by pay plan. As an Automotive Used Car Sales Manager , you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of our team members and customers every day. We are looking for strong, energetic, people-focused leaders who will help us redefine the car-buying experience. The primary role of the Used Car Sales Manager is to operationally manage and drive the success of the used car department through developing sales consultants, working with third party vendors and achieving monthly sales quotas.
