Crew Member

IMPORTANT: This is an on-site position in Colby, Kansas. Candidates unable to work on-site will not be considered. Pay: Base = $16/hr + tips (~$17.50/hr starting). More as you gain experience. Full-time and part-time shifts available. We’re looking for motivated people who show up, work hard, and want to make money. What you’ll do: Make sandwiches fast and accurately Take orders, handle the register, and take care of customers Keep the store clean, stocked, and running sharp Work as a team to keep things moving during the rush At least 16 years old Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure Strong communication skills and being comfortable talking to customers and teammates Basic math for handling cash and orders Willingness to learn and follow food safety standards Positive attitude and genuine desire to take care of customers Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person Tips from inshop work Free shift meals Performance-based raises + earn more as you gain experience Flexible scheduling that works around school or a second job Real path to shift lead and management roles for crew who put in the work Hands-on training so you ramp up fast and feel confident on the floor #J-18808-Ljbffr Jimmy John's
