Job Description Job Description The Auto Glass Technician specializes in windshield replacement, side and rear window repair, and the calibration of ADAS systems, providing comprehensive auto glass services. Operating independently, this role involves occasional local travel to customer sites and requires strict adherence to safety standards while maintaining minimal customer interaction. Responsibilities * Install and repair windshields, side, and rear windows * Calibrate Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after glass replacement * Ensure compliance with safety standards during all operations * Maintain and operate equipment effectively * Perform local site visits to customers for service delivery * Adhere to company policies and safety protocols Preferred Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in auto glass repair * Valid driver's license for local travel * Proficient in auto glass installation and windshield repair * Skilled in adhesive application and safety standards compliance * Strong customer service skills with attention to detail * Excellent problem-solving abilities * Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role
