They are known for their high service standards, hands-on support, and customized approach to meeting each client's needs.Job DescriptionAddison Group is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring and onboarding efforts for our client's operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple hiring activities, and supporting employees throughout the onboarding process.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport full-cycle recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, hiring, and onboarding for replacement staffing needsManage interview scheduling and adjust timelines based on operational demandEnsure all hiring and application steps are completed in alignment with internal policies and employment regulationsLead new hire orientation sessions, reviewing company expectations, policies, and proceduresInitiate and track background screenings according to client and compliance requirementsEnter and update employee information in the time and attendance system, including changes as neededTrack union documentation and coordinate required union-related submissionsPartner with payroll to help resolve timekeeping or pay-related questions in a timely and professional mannerEscalate employee relations or client concerns to HR leadership when appropriateProvide front desk and reception coverage for the operations team as needed, maintaining a professional and welcoming environmentQualificationsMust be fluent in English and Spanish3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or administrative support (staffing or operations experience preferred)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentProfessional communication and customer service skillsAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
