Referral Coordinator

Seeking a highly organized and empathetic Referral Coordinator for a part-time temporary role, who will manage insurance prior authorizations, process incoming referrals, and support patient scheduling within the Ortho Pass program, all in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Set up processes to obtain insurance prior authorizations and manage referral tracking Schedule patient appointments with clinicians and maintain accurate records in the EHR Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows and address care access barriers Required qualifications 2-3 years of experience processing insurance prior authorization referrals Familiarity with EHR systems and referral management tools Strong time management and organizational skills Bilingual in Spanish Patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills
