Product Manager

Overview:

**Product Manager** Miami, FL (Onsite/Hybrid) | Long Term **Role Objective:** Support **backlog management**, **ticket prioritization**, and **QA** across **ResX applications**, ensuring smooth delivery & system reliability. ### Key Responsibilities: ### **Backlog Management** - Prioritize & groom backlog with stakeholders. **Ticket Triaging** - Handle incoming tickets (JIRA, ServiceNow, Email) & assign to teams. **Quality Assurance** - Execute QA, functional/regression testing & validate fixes. **Stakeholder Engagement** - Work with SMEs & business users, provide status updates. **Reporting** - Track KPIs, SLAs & maintain dashboards. **Tools** - Power BI, SQL, ServiceNow, Clarity (PPM). **Ideal Candidate:** Strong in **product backlog, QA testing, stakeholder management, and reporting**, with hands-on experience in **ticket triage tools**.
