1+ year clerical experience
•
Patient registration/front-desk experience preferred
•
Strong telephone and customer service skills
•
Knowledge of health insurance benefits
•
Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT-4 coding
•
Computer and keyboard proficiency
•
Data entry experience with 4,500 keystrokes
