The Operations Manager provides hands on leadership to effectively manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships with staff, and travel regularly between clinic locations to provide operational oversight and support.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day to day operations across multiple departments to ensure organizational efficiency, compliance, productivity and quality patient careDevelop, implement and continuously improve operational polices, procedures, and best practicesEnsure consistency in service delivery, patient experience and clinical support across all sitesFoster a collaborative, accountable and mission driven work environment that promotes employee engagement and professional developmentEnsure organizational compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, payer requirements and company policesConduct interviewsProvide regular operational reports and recommendations to leadershipBenefitsBenefits are offered to full time employees who work 30 hours or more a week.
