Full-Time, Hourly $21.00 – $23.10/hour

Shifts Available:

• Wednesday: 2p-10p, Friday & Saturday: 7a-3p, Sunday: 3p-10p (31 hours)

• Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 7a-10a/2p-9p, Saturday: 7a-5p (40 hours)

• Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7a-10a/2p-9p, Sunday: 10a-8p (40 hours)

• Wednesday & Friday: 7a-10a/2p-10p, Saturday: 10a-10p (32 hours)

The Role: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway Living and Learning Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet these criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.
