Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role located in Erie, PA. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments and serving as the first point of contact for clients and partners. Daily tasks include managing the reception area, scheduling appointments, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining accurate records and basic office logs. The role also involves supporting routine clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying, and preparing simple correspondence. The Front Desk Receptionist collaborates with team members to ensure efficient office operations and a professional, welcoming environment for all visitors. Qualifications Strong receptionist and front desk skills, including Receptionist Duties and managing visitor check-in. Professional Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills for handling calls and in-person inquiries. Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach and the ability to resolve basic issues promptly. Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and handling mail and office supplies. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Comfort with basic computer applications (e.g., email, calendars, office software); experience with office phone systems is beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in managing daily tasks.
