Diamond Peak Recruiting partners with leading Mechanical, Electrical, and Commercial construction firms across the U.S., placing Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, Division Managers, and Project Executives. We're hiring a recruiter who loves connecting with people and wants to focus entirely on the candidate side of the business. You'll spend your time engaging management-level professionals, building relationships, and keeping strong pipelines full for some of the top contractors in the country. Our Account Managers own the client relationships and contracts, so you can pour your energy into finding and engaging great candidates for high-priority roles. What You'll Do Take on open roles handed off by our Account Managers Identify and reach out to management-level candidates Run outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone Conduct structured phone prescreens Present qualified candidates to the Account Manager Keep candidates moving toward interviews This role calls for urgency, structure, and consistency.
