Production Supervisor

A growing, high-quality food manufacturer is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead second shift operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment. Description Lead and develop a team of 12-15 production employees Oversee daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency goals Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards Monitor and improve operational performance and production flow Partner closely with QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization Profile 2-5+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing Experience in high-volume, fast-paced production environments Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and production scheduling Bilingual Spanish (conversational) required Job Offer Salary: $91,000 - $96,000 base Bonus eligibility Medical, dental, and vision (including company-sponsored option) 401(k) plan Paid holidays and PTO MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
