We're seeking a skilled Tool Room Machinist to join our team! In this direct hire opportunity, you'll play a key role in building, repairing, and maintaining tooling, fixtures, forming dies, and production equipment that keep manufacturing running efficiently. You'll set up and operate CNC Vertical Mills and machining centers using Mastercam, work from blueprints, and help ensure quality production while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.Required Skills:3–5 years of Tool Room Machinist experienceExperience setting up and operating CNC Vertical Mills and machining centersProficient with MastercamStrong knowledge of manual machining equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprintsExperience building and repairing tooling, fixtures, forming, and sizing diesKnowledge of alloy and tool steels, including heat treat capabilitiesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain tooling and support production operationsNice to Have Skills:Technical school education in Machining or a related fieldForklift experience or certificationExperience ordering tooling and materialsBasic computer and data entry skillsStrong communication and teamwork skillsPreferred Education & Experience:Technical school education in Machining or a related field preferred3–5 years of Tool Room Machinist experienceExperience with CNC machining, Mastercam, tooling fabrication, and die maintenanceOther Requirements:Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable with a strong work ethicAbility to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftIf you're looking for a rewarding opportunity where your machining expertise makes a direct impact on production, we'd love to hear from you.
