Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish)

Hadco Construction is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish) to serve as the first point of contact for our office. This role greets visitors, answers and directs phone calls, and provides administrative support to multiple departments. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential to assist employees and guests effectively.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the correct employee or department
• Provide bilingual support for employees and external contacts
• Perform data entry, scanning, and filing of documents
• Maintain and update employee personnel records as assigned
• Assist with invoice processing and other administrative tasks for the Finance Department
• Support office staff with special projects and general duties as needed
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 6+ months of prior office, receptionist, or administrative experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

This is an on-site, in-person position located in Lehi, UT.
