$55,000 - $70,000 yearly

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based counseling to clients, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health to continually improve service delivery.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness and reduce stigma around mental health issues in the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater area.

• Must have a Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Experience in providing evidence-based counseling in a professional setting.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that empower clients.
• Proven track record of conducting thorough intake sessions to understand clients' unique challenges.
• Strong commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and attend CE training.
• Ability to advocate for clients' needs and connect them with community resources.
• Excellent communication skills to foster strong, supportive relationships with clients and colleagues.
