Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Home Health \n Discipline: RN \n Start Date: 09/28/2026 \n Duration: 14 weeks \n 40 hours per week \n Shift: 8 hours, days \n Employment Type: Local Contract \n \n \n Pride Health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's Home Health Team . \n \n Location: Hot Springs, AR 71913 \n \n Pay Rate: $55.00/hour W-2 \n \n Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:40 PM \n Hours: 40 hours/week; 32-hour minimum \n Productivity: 30 points/week \n On-Call: 1 weekend every 1–2 months, based on agency need \n Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits \n Patient Setting: Home Health \n \n Job Summary: \n \n We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. \n The RN will coordinate care with physicians, patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team while developing and managing individualized plans of care. \n \n Key Responsibilities: \n \n Conduct initial and comprehensive nursing evaluations and determine patient eligibility and medical necessity for home health services. \n Develop, implement, and revise individualized Plans of Care (POC) in collaboration with physicians and healthcare professionals. \n Complete accurate OASIS assessments, including medication reconciliation. \n Provide high-quality skilled nursing services in accordance with the plan of care, scope of practice, and infection-control standards. \n Accurately and timely document patient visits and required clinical information in accordance with payer and agency requirements. \n Supervise and provide direction to Home Health Aides and LPN/LVNs as permitted by state and federal regulations. \n Communicate patient needs, changes in condition, orders, scheduling updates, and other relevant information to physicians and agency staff. \n Participate in case conferences, performance improvement initiatives, survey readiness, and utilization management activities. \n Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes, safety, and reduce unnecessary hospitalizations. \n Assist with orientation and serve as a preceptor for new staff and students when needed. \n Maintain schedule flexibility to meet patient-care needs, including weekend/on-call rotation and potential holiday coverage. \n \n Required Qualifications: \n \n Active Arkansas RN License \n Current CPR certification \n Valid Arkansas driver's license \n Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance \n Ability to meet productivity expectations of 30 points/week \n Willingness to participate in the required weekend on-call rotation \n \n Preferred Qualifications: \n \n Previous Home Health experience \n OASIS experience \n HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience \n Professional Expectations \n Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills \n Reliable, punctual, and patient-focused \n Ability to work independently in a home-based care environment \n Strong teamwork and willingness to adapt to changing patient needs \n Dress Code: Royal Blue Scrubs \n \n About PRIDE Health\n \n PRIDE Health is the minority-owned healthcare recruitment division of Pride Global—an integrated human capital solutions and advisory firm.
