Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Highlands Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Birmingham, AL. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the rehabilitation and wellness journey of our patients. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and feeding Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Monitor and report patient progress, identifying and addressing any concerns or changes Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatments Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes Requirements: Current LPN licensure in the state of Alabama New graduates welcome to apply!
