Located in Vancouver, WA
Salary: $19.50 Shipping/Receiving Associate Location: Vancouver, WA Pay: $19.50/hour Job Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity Our client is building out a brand-new warehouse facility in Vancouver, WA, and we're looking for a reliable Shipping/Receiving Associate to help us grow our team from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a facility launch and grow with the team as they scale operations. What You'll Do- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of raw materials and components
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments for delivery
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system
- Verify shipment counts and quality against packing slips and purchase orders
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Keep the shipping/receiving area organized, clean, and safety-compliant
- Communicate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies
- Support general warehouse duties as needed during the buildout of the new facility
- Previous shipping/receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
- Comfortable using basic computer systems for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
