Now Hiring: Full-Time Bookkeeper / Office Administrator
Integrity Exterior Solutions is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join our growing construction company.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming calls.
- Ordering materials.
- Scheduling and assigning jobs to crews.
- Reconciling past and current QuickBooks Online records.
- Entering bills and managing accounts payable.
- Assisting with office operations and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and professional attitude.
Position Details:
- Full-time position.
- In-office preferred.

- Located in Lincoln, Nebraska.
